This collection consists of archival material related to Mrs. Claruth Walker Bradley, donated by Keith Bradley. Series 01 -- Cardboard photograph album depicting 1532 Bay Street, Springfield, MA, residence of Adoniram Bradley and his wife, Claruth Walker Bradley, as well as a few family photos, including one of Laura Sophia Bradley, daughter of Adoniram and Claruth, at the time of her marriage to Robert Whitcomb Gere. Series 02 -- Letters to Ruth Bradley Henshaw of Buzzard's Bay, Massachusetts, from 1911-1946. Some undated. Most are from Claruth Walker Bradley, Ruth's mother, although there are others from her sister, Maud Bradley Olney. Series 03 -- Diaries of Claruth Walker Bradley, wife of Adoniram Bradley, who lived at 1532 Bay Street in Springfield, MA from 1875 until the end of her life in 1943. Her diaries span 1909-1940 (excluding the year 1937) and chronicle various details of twentieth-century life, including the weather, household duties, the health of family members, and church activities.
